Big Central Park I & II TIC I LLC purchased Central Park One and Two office properties at 515 and 525 N Lincoln for $12.72 million from Tomorrow IX Central Oklahoma LP. The properties include a six-story office building constructed in 1984 totaling 112,688 square feet and a six-story office building built in 1983 totaling 103,245 square feet. Marcia Chappelear with First American Title & Trust Co. was the closing agent.

Sheridan Redevelopers LLC purchased an office building at 224 E Main for $5 million from One North Hudson Inc. The 10-story office building was constructed in 1927 and totals 50,334 square feet. Mary Gardner with Lawyers Title of Oklahoma City handled the closing.

Riverwalk OKC LLC purchased the newly constructed 31,000-square-foot Riverwalk Center, 2713 S I-35 Service Road in Moore, for $4.6 million from D.J. Development LLC. Zach Martin with Sperry Van Ness represented the seller and Robert Finley of Equity Commercial Realty represented the buyer. Brenda Wyatt of Alliance Title Services of Norman handled the closing.

CPPB I LLC purchased an automotive center at 2317 W Memorial road for $3.26 million from Pep Boys – Manny, Moe & Jack of Delaware Inc. The center was built in 1989 and totals 22,388 square feet. First American Title & Trust closed the deal.

Bar-Co Investments LLC purchased property from Rodgers and Clark LLC for $3.1 million. Mary Gardner with Lawyers Title of Oklahoma City Inc. handled the closing.

Shree Lakshmi Corp. purchased a Quality Inn at 1800 E Reno for $2.7 million from MMAS Hotels LLC. The two-story 83-room motel was built in 1970 and totals 46,194 square feet on 2.95 acres. Mary Gardner with Lawyers Title of Oklahoma City Inc. handled the closing.

DPI buildings Company LLC purchased land at 137th and Quail Springs Parkway from TPG Hospital Land LLC for $1.79 million. Carla Curts with Capitol Abstract & Title Co. did the closing. Mark Beffort and Tre Dupuy of Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort represented the seller.

Geems Family LP purchased retail property at 7558 SE 15 for $1.2 million from Jorco 1 LLC. The shopping center was built in 1968 and totals 15,305 square feet. Betty Cummins with First American Title & Trust Co. was the closing agent.

BEKM Holdings LLC purchased land at 137th and QuailsSprings Parkway from TPG Hospital Land LLC for $1.12 million. Mark Beffort and Tre Dupuy of Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort represented the seller. Carla Curts with Capitol Abstract & Title Co. was the closing agent.

Family Video Movie Club Inc. purchased a 1.73-acre lot at Classen and Constitution in Norman for $1.05 million from BES Investments. The property was purchased as an investment. Eric Fleske with Equity Commercial Realty and Dan Gitre with Waterland Properties LP handled the transaction. Rhonda Collett with Cleveland County Abstract & Title was the closing agent.

Lauren Wurzer of TDC Construction purchased industrial property at 4820 SW 20 for $800,000 from Oklahoma Title Company. The building totaled 20,140 square feet. Michael Almaraz and Jim Karey of Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort handled the sale.

Oklahoma Foundation For Digestive Research purchased the former Guardian Funeral Home building at 1133 N Robinson for $700,000 from MidTown-1133 Robinson LLC. The three-story building was built as a mortuary in 1910 and totals 14,083 square feet. Barbara Chatman with American Guaranty Title Company handled the closing.

Edmond Public Schools purchased property for $700,000 from Lydia and William Culver. Capitol Abstract and Title Company did the closing on the deal.

Two Ninja’s Inc. purchased the old Jackson Automotive building at 17 NW 6 for $625,000 from David Box. The building was built as a service garage and totals 4,450 square feet. The site will be used for Funnel Design’s new office. Barbara Chatman with American Guaranty Title Company did the closing.

Oklahoma Territories purchased property from MacArthur Crossing Investors LP for $608,500. Carla Curts with Capitol Abstract & Title Co. did the closing.

Blowout Tools Inc. purchased industrial property at 1635 SE 29 for $585,000 from Capital Devcor Inc. The property consists of two storage warehouse facilities built in 1979 totaling 28,555 square feet. Marcia Chappelear with First American Title & Trust Co. was the closing agent.

Assurance Holding LLC purchased office property at 2937 NW 156 for $580,000 from Prestige Plaza LLC. The property was built in 2007 and totals 4,288 square feet. Margaret Harkey with Stewart Abstract & Title of Oklahoma handled the closing.

Seniah LLC purchased retail property at 115 S Broadway in Edmond for $500,000 from Jeannette and Mark Perkins, Connie and Jim McBride and Johnston Family Limited Partnership . The building was constructed in 1916 and totals 2,652 square feet. Ambiance Gifts formerly occupied the space. Stewart Abstract & Title of Oklahoma handled the closing.

Edmond Public Schools purchased property from Laurel and Chris Flahive for $350,000. Capitol Abstract & Title Company did the closing.

RRR Express LLC purchased property at 820 N Western Ave. for $108,000 from Delinda Hughes. The property was constructed in 1976 and totals 1,500 square feet. Hughes Motorsports occupies the facility. Ross Hall with Coldwell Banker Hocker & Associates handled the deal.

Cleveland County

Aaron Wines purchased office property at 3201 W Tecumseh Road for $352,640 from SKM II Development LLC. The office suite was purchased for $352,640. The property was purchased for a chiropractor office. Eric Fleske with Equity Commercial Realty handled the deal. Lance Lewis of American First Abstract Co. closed the transaction with financing provided by Tracy Stine at First American Bank.

Chad and Helen Bartlett purchased a commercial building at 516 Iowa for $154,000 from Teri and Mark Wesley. Mark Hyde of Equity Commercial Realty LLC and Brad Worster of JR Fulton & Associates handled the deal. The property will be used for a daycare. Betty Cummins of First American Title & Trust Services closed the transaction.

Canadian County

SRI Real Estate Properties purchased 0.85 acres of land at Highway 152 and Pebble Creek Road for $373,000 from Ronnie and Pamela Scott. Mark Hyde with Equity Commercial Realty LLC and Diane Denison of First United handled negotiations. The property is to be used for a Sonic drive-in. Linda Rachel with Capitol Abstract closed the transaction.
